The Winter Solstice brings us to the shortest day and the longest night of the year. This potent day offers a time to reflect, tune in, and release what no longer serves our highest selves, making space for what’s to come in the year ahead.
Enveloped by candlelight, Alicia Henry will guide a Mindfulness tea meditation followed by space to journal. Karianne Michelle will guide light movement and facilitate a sound bath with crystal bowls. Come as you are and immerse in a peaceful and restorative ceremony to warm your spirit during the winter’s chill.

Reiki is a Japanese healing therapy that promotes relaxation and stress reduction. Activating Reiki flow for Level 1 students is a self-care tool that is restorative and calming for the physical, mental, and energetic body.
This Reiki Level 1 Workshop includes:
Attunement to Reiki, which enables you to become a channel for this healing energy.
A 21-day energetic cleanse for your chakras to release stuck energy.
Overview and history of Reiki along with virtual handouts and reference materials to aid your practice.
A meditative crystal bowl sound bath to help you tune more deeply into your new Reiki practice.
From this training, you may move on to Reiki Level 2 (upcoming session date to be announced in early 2025).

A deep and challenging alternative to the myriad of Vinyasa and flowing yoga classes. A grounding hip opening practice that is potent without focusing on strength, endurance, or even building heat. Experience the benefits of holding poses a little longer, giving massive areas such as hamstrings, hips, and the seat more time to release and go deeper into poses. This is truly an amazing sequence, yet we rarely leave the floor.
